The workshop will focus on the Yang Family Tai Chi Form to help enhance the performance of your Tai Chi Form. The workshop is suitable for all levels of Tai Chi practitioners. | |

During this weekend training will be given on The Tai Chi Sword Form. The Tai Chi Sword, a subject of Taijiquan, is based on the principles of relaxation, yielding and use of softness to overcome force. | |
